Stephanie Dalo :is a licensed Professional Engineer in British Columbia and Ontario with 9 years of engineering experience. Stephanie completed a Masters in Engineering Leadership, specializing in Urban Systems, at the University of British Columbia. Stephanie works at DIALOG and believes that adopting and implementing circular design strategies is vital for decarbonizing the built environment.

Stephanie Fargas: is recognized by her peers as an emerging leader in specifications and is one of the youngest female RSW in Canada. Stephanie also works at DIALOG and is passionate about sustainability and is committed to guiding material transparency and embodied carbon. Stephanie led the research and development of specifications for Canada’s first Living Building Challenge: the Bill Fisch Forest Stewardship and Education Centre.
